(一)投資稅收抵免(Investment Tax Credit)的制度安排許多國(guó)家允許承租人把租賃的總成本當(dāng)作費(fèi)用在稅前扣除. 如美國(guó)規(guī)定,采取"真實(shí)租賃"(True Lease)的承租人,可以把租賃總成本在繳納所得稅之前扣除;在日本,承租人可把租賃合同中一定金額(一般為合同額的60%)的7%用來(lái)扣除稅款,
