6.拒付(Dishonour)與追索本票(Promissory Note)是一個人向另一個人簽發(fā)的,保證見票時或定期或在可以確定的將來時間,對某人或其指定人或持票人支付一定金額的無條件的書面承諾.

貼現(xiàn)(DISCOUNT)是指遠期匯票承兌后, 尚未到期, 由銀行或貼現(xiàn)公司從票面金額中扣減按一定貼現(xiàn)率計算的貼現(xiàn)息后,將余款付給持票人的行為.(6)拒付(Dishonour)或退票按照有些國家的法律,持票人為了行使追索權應及時作出拒付證書(PROTEST).
