This represents great progress for multimedia compression techniques. Following the successes of system debugging, this dissertation also develops the system software and function library, especially the development of the IIC serial bus monitor program which can overcome the IIC controller's bug on successive operations, thus enhancing the performance of system reinitiation between frame compression operations.
