Objective To study the changes of behavior and expressions of glial fibrillary acidic protein in dorsal commissural nucleuse and thalamic intralaminar nuclei in formalin induced acute colitis in rats. Methods An animal model of acute colitis in visceralgia rats was used in this study.

目的 探討因福爾馬林引起的大鼠急性結(jié)腸炎刺激誘導(dǎo)的行為學(xué)變化及骶髓后連合核(dorsal commissural nucleuse， DCN)和丘腦板內(nèi)核群(thalamic intralaminar nuclei影音资源站， ILN)膠質(zhì)原纖維酸性蛋白(glial fibrillary acidic protein免费看AAA级毛片， GFAP)的表達(dá)及其意義。

The expression of GFAP in ILN was significant at 60 mm and it decreased obviously at 120 min after animal model induced. Conclusion Behavior changes in rats are mediated by visceralgia, which induces acute colitis. The change of GFAP in gliocyte, which is closely related with pain, emerged early and remarkably. The change of ILN, which is intensely related with emotion, appears lain.
