objective to investigate the relation between psychological factors and functional dyspepsia.methods scl-90was performed in50patients with fd and30health controls.results there were significant difˉference in somatic,interpersonal sensitive,anxious,depressive,phobic,hostile and paranoic scores of scl-90between two groups（p.05）.somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and depression were positively associated with the severity of fd.conclusion there were varied psychological problems in fd patients,and the treatment should be individualized.
